Secretary

• Attend all executive board meetings
• Organize executive board meeting agenda/notes
• Promote club-sponsored events and fundraisers
• Track member engagement in general meetings and events
• Make announcements to general members in GroupMe
• Communicate with executive board through Slack

The time commitment for this position varies weekly. Most weeks require 3 hours (1 hour general member meeting, 1 hour board meeting, 1 hour outside work). Mandatory events to attend include the Surgery Mixer (2.5 hours).

Logistics & Outreach Coordinator

• Attend executive board meetings
• Contact surgeons for speaker panels and mixers
• Run Q&As between surgeons and undergraduates during speaker panels
• Update Google Calendar with meetings and events
• Interface with organizations for collaboration
• Communicate with executive board through Slack
